What information we process

When you order, we process your name, phone number, email, your order and, for delivery, your address. For pickup you may choose to give your address; we only use it to see which areas our customers come from. This information is only used to prepare, deliver and confirm your order and to contact you if we have questions (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Where the information is kept

The order is sent by email to the restaurant and to you as a confirmation, and it is stored on our server so the staff can see and handle it in the restaurant’s order system. Stored orders are deleted automatically after 90 days. Order emails are deleted after at most (e.g. 12 months), unless we must keep them under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Your cart is only stored in your own browser until you send the order. If you tick “Remember my details on this device”, your name, phone number, email and address are also stored only in your browser, so they are filled in next time. They are not sent to us until you order, and you can delete them with “Forget my details” on the order page.

Online payment

If you choose to pay online, you are sent to the payment page of Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland), which processes your card details. We never see your card number. We give Stripe your email and the items and amount of the order. Until the payment is complete, the order is kept on our server; it is deleted as soon as it has been sent to the restaurant, or after 24 hours at the latest if it is not paid. Cookies and statistics

The website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing and therefore has no cookie banner. The cart is kept in your browser’s local storage and does not leave your device until you send the order.

Spam protection

The order form is protected by ALTCHA, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and sends no information to anyone else. To prevent misuse, the server keeps an anonymised (hashed) version of your IP address for at most one hour.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your information and to object. Contact us at order@lucernepizza.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
