Ordering

When you send an order on lucernepizza.dk, you get an order number on the screen and a confirmation by email. The agreement is made when we have received the order. If we have questions about your order, we call you on the phone number you gave.

If we cannot supply an item or cannot make the chosen time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. Delivery costs the amount shown for your postal code when you order. The total price is shown before you send the order.

Payment

You can pay online when you order (card, MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe). The amount is charged when you complete the payment. You can also pay when you receive your food: in cash or by card on delivery, or in the shop when you pick up.

If we cannot deliver a paid order, you get your money back on the payment method you used.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver to the postal codes that can be chosen when ordering. Times are approximate; busy periods and traffic can cause delays. For pickup, the food is ready at Lucernevej 58 around the chosen time.

Alcohol

We only sell alcohol to people aged 18 or older. We may ask for ID on delivery or pickup, and we do not hand over alcohol without valid ID.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for fresh food that can deteriorate quickly or is made to your order (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(4)). To cancel an order, please call 36 70 38 88 as soon as possible.

Complaints

If something is wrong with your food or order, contact us straight away on 36 70 38 88 or order@lucernepizza.dk, and we will find a solution.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk, or use the EU online complaint portal.

Allergens

Please ask us about allergens before ordering. We prepare dishes with and without gluten, nuts, milk etc. in the same kitchen.

Ham and bacon

The “ham and bacon” we use is made exclusively from turkey.
